Thanks to new technological developments different materials in the field of mat-tress cover fabrics can be connected without glue or seams. This offers new design approaches and also offers the possibility of a new look. Furthermore, it also has the advantage of dermatological and ecological compatibility. Ultrasound offers a new fabric in this area, because its individual components were affixed to one another using ultrasound. The result is a homogeneous looking fabric surface with functional indentations. They signal increased lying comfort and enhanced air circulation.
