The innerspring transfer machine with its straight lines is a modular system which differentiates individual areas according to their function. The clear and appropriate colour scheme and graphic design give the system a high-quality look with a formally clearly marked-out user interface. The workflow optimisation enables the machine to effectively manufacture Bonnell innersprings. It produces up to 120 Bonnell coil springs per minute and can simultaneously incorporate two different wire strengths in the same insert. Since important adjustments are made automatically or operated by computer, change-over times are reduced to an absolute minimum.
