This connector provides new possibilities for the design of modular and detachable furniture since it is versatile to use and is opened and closed through a minimal opening. The detachable connector consists of two half shells with a very small insertion depth which is especially ideal for mitre connections. The rotating lever with which both workpieces are clamped together achieves the opening and closing of the connection. The new installation method between workpiece and fitting is screw- and glue-less and consists of a profile groove into which the fitting is slid instantly and without tools.
